Some of the old timers here will remember the Fisherman's Fiesta held in San Pedro California every year.
It was a big deal back then with all of the tuna fishermen. Hundreds of people, local news would show up for this event. This film is from the legendary Captain Frank Manaka collection. He owned the purse seiner Western Explorer.
